Efforts to form new government in Lebanon fail

In Lebanon, efforts to form a new government remain in a state of deadlock as political parties continue to dispute over cabinet representation. Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri has been attempting to form a new government since he was reappointed in May, but with no success. Press TV Correspondent Rana Aladdin reports from Beirut.
