OPEC agrees to compensate for less-than-expected supplies

OPEC oil ministers agree to increase oil supplies but do not formally announce a certain figure, amid calls for lower prices. The agreement is merely based on members complying 100 percent and not more with a 2016 agreement to cut output. Press TV's Homa Lezgee reports from Vienna.
