Japan concerned over suspension of US–South Korea war games

The US and South Korea have agreed to suspend large-scale military exercises as negotiations continue on North Korea’s denuclearization following the recent summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and US President Donald Trump. Meanwhile Japan has voiced concern over the move as Kim Jong Un arrives in Beijing for his third recent meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
