Kurdish parties react to approval of partial recounting of votes

Iraqi lawmakers have approved a manual recount of ten percent of the votes cast in the May 12 parliamentary elections over fraud allegations. The decision has drawn a mixed reaction from Kurdish parties. Our correspondent Kakalaw Abdulla reports from Erbil.
