Israel toughens laws for Palestinians to claim private lands

The Knesset has stripped Palestinian officials of their authority to hear petitions on land grabbed by Israeli settlers. Israeli lawmakers have authorized Jerusalem Court of Administrative Affairs to handle such cases. Palestinians say this makes it harder for them to seek justice. Mona Kandil reports from Ramallah.
