Iran duo suffers defeat in Seamaster 2018 ITTF World Tour, Hang Seng Hong Kong Open
Iranian table tennis players Nima and Noshad Alamian have conceded a narrow defeat to Japan at the Seamaster 2018 International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) World Tour, Hang Seng Hong Kong Open.
The brothers could not prevail over their Japanese opponents Masataka Morizono and Yuya Oshima in a men’s doubles contest on Thursday, and lost the game 2-3.
Separately, Nima and Noshad Alamian together with Afshin Norouzi were not successful in their men's singles matches, and failed to advance to the next level of the tournament.
The Seamaster 2018 ITTF World Tour, Hang Seng Hong Kong Open started on May 24 and will finish on May 27, 2018.
