UK parties fail to make decisive gains in local election

The English local elections have failed to deliver a knock-out blow for either Jeremy Corbyn’s opposition Labour Party or the Conservatives under Prime Minister Theresa May. Despite a series of set-backs for the government, it will be the Tories feeling more relieved after the final count. Amina Taylor reports from the British capital.
