Why US court accused Iran of 9/11 involvement?

A US court has accused Iran of providing help to 9/11 terrorists.

A US court has accused Iran of providing help to 9/11 terrorists. It has ordered the country to pay $6bn to relatives of the attacks. This is while an earlier 9/11 probe had emphasized that there were “no links” to Iran. It is also surprising why Saudi Arabia – whose nationals comprised the majority of 9/11 team of terrorists and there were speculations that some of its officials were linked to the attacks - remains off the hooks.

On the other hand, the timing of 9/11 accusation against Iran is also astonishing. Days earlier, Israeli PM Netanyahu accused Iran of pursuing nukes. What many say would fuel US President Donald Trump’s anti-Iran rhetoric. This has now raised speculations that the Americans, Israelis, Saudis collaborating over a new anti-Iran scenario.
