UNICEF seeks $30mn in assistance for displaced children in Uganda

The United Nations Children’s Fund is appealing for more than 30 million dollars in aid for nearly one million displaced children and adolescents in Uganda. Officials say the agency is currently unable to respond to the increasing needs of the displaced. Our correspondent Daniel Arapmoi has filed this report from Uganda’s capital Kampala.
