The Rohingya Muslims who landed in Indonesia were planning to go to Malaysia as they fled home to avoid conflicts, one of the refugee told Reuters on Saturday.

The group arrived in Thailand before Indonesia but they were not allowed go to onshore, said Mohammad Rofi, who left Myanmar for the second time to run away from violence and persecution.
