Catalonia's Parl. to file complaint after Judge blocks investiture

Catalonia's parliament speaker Roger Torrent has announced he is filing a complaint against Constitutional Court judge Pablo Llarena for alleged prevarication. It came after Llarena rejected the request of jailed leader Pedro Sanchez to attend the vote on his investiture as president of the region, the second such rejection since the separatists won the December election. Our correspondent in Barcelona, Kusai Khedri has more in this report.
