United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned that the ‘catastrophic’ humanitarian crisis in Yemen could become a ‘long-term tragedy’ if there is no international response plan to the ongoing Saudi aggression.

“This war is causing enormous human suffering to some of the poorest and most vulnerable people in the world, and there are no humanitarian solutions to humanitarian crises,” said Guterres at a speech in Geneva on Tuesday.
