France: New refugee camp is growing in central Paris
An illegal migrant camp is growing in the up-and-coming area surrounding the Saint Martin canal in Paris, as shown in footage filmed on Friday.
Many of these migrants come from Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Sudan and Eritrea and are waiting for their refugee application to be examined by French authorities. Others are unregistered and are hoping to reach the United Kingdom.
