Spain: Protest held against police raid and arrest of Catalan official
Thousands of Catalan protesters staged a demonstration in front of the Generalitat de Catalunya in Barcelona on Thursday, to denounce a Spanish police raid of 'Omnium Cultural's' offices and their arrest of Catalan official Antoni Molons earlier in the day.
Protesters stood in front of the Generalitat with signs reading: ‘We are Omnium’. Catalan politicians also took part in the protest.
