Students in Peru clash with police over new labor laws

Students clashed with police in the Peruvian capital of Lima on Friday over new youth labor laws.

Water cannon and tear gas were used by police as protests turned violent when their route was blocked.

The new law, passed by congress, could see youngsters working for up to three years without receiving a salary.
