More than 10,000 civilian casualties in Afghanistan last year

The United Nations says more than 10-thousand civilians were killed or injured in bombings and attacks in Afghanistan least year. According to a report by the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan, UNAMA, indiscriminate attacks by the Taliban and Daesh caused the highest levels of civilian casualties in 2017.
