New NATO bases in response to 'more assertive Russia

NATO's secretary general has warned that there will be many losers if a new EU army competes with the role of the military alliance. Jens Stoltenberg was speaking at a meeting of NATO defense ministers in Brussels during which they agreed to establish two new NATO bases in response to what they described as 'a more assertive Russia'.
