Uganda calls for regional approach to tackle insecurity

Uganda has called for a regional approach to deal with insecurity within East African countries caused by the Allied Democratic Front rebels operating in Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. The rebels have abducted hundreds of civilians in Uganda and other neighboring countries. Our correspondent Daniel Arapmoi has a report from Kampala.
