Libya: At least 33 killed after double car blast in Benghazi

At least 33 people were killed by a double car bombing in the coastal city of Benghazi on Tuesday, with a further 70 injured according to reports.

The first blast took place outside a mosque as people left following evening prayers, with a subsequent detonation on the same street as emergency services arrived.
