According to a report by Washington Post, the US plans to send an extra one-thousand troops to Afghanistan in early spring. The planned troop surge will increase the number of American forces there to 15,000. Critics of the US policies believe that the surge will not help bring any achievement in eradicating violence in Afghanistan. Press TV’s Amin Alami reports from Kabul.
