Turkey advance in Syria against YPG

Turkey is pushing ahead with its incursion into northern Syria, intensifying its battle against Kurdish YPG forces. According to the Turkish army, the country’s warplanes have targeted 45 positions in the Syrian city of Afrin close to the border. Turkish ground forces have also pushed into the area to fight Kurdish militia.
