Turkish defense chief: Afrin operation should start with no delay

The Turkish army has started shelling YPG positions in Syria’s Afrin region, a move that is seen by the Syrian government as a breach of its sovereignty. Ankara says the operation is aimed at pushing what it calls terrorist elements out of Syria’s north. Our correspondent in Istanbul, Rahshan Saglam has more in this report.
