Turkey to continue Euphrates shield operation in northern Syria

It’s been more than a year since Turkey launched an operation called the Euphrates Shield in northern Syria. The offensive was primarily meant to counter Daesh terrorists along the Syrian-Turkish border. But it took new directions later on. As the Turkish operation continues in the area, Syria accuses Turkey of violating its sovereignty.
