Tropical storm Tembin weakened while passing southern Vietnam and continued to lose strength as it headed westward on Tuesday morning, according to Vietnamese authorities.

Vietnam National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting (NCHMF) said that Tembin, with wind gusts of up to 20 kilometers per hour, weakened while passing the sea in the south of Ca Mau, Vietnam's southernmost province.
