Manchester City have outclassed Tottenham Hotspur 4-1 at the Etihad Stadium.
German international İlkay Gundogan headed City in front from a corner inside 15 minutes. Belgian international Kevin de Bruyne extended the Sky Blues’ advantage with a powerful shot in the 70th minute.
Raheem Sterling scored the third, with 10 minutes remaining to put the match well and truly out of Spurs' reach. Sterling walked-in the fourth for his 15th goal of the season, before Tottenham pulled one back in stoppage time through Christian Eriksen.
The Citizens secured a 16th successive Premier League victory as they stretched their lead at the top of the table to 14 points.
