EU's anti-Russia stance reaffirmed at Brussels summit

Russia has been heavily criticized at an EU summit in Brussels designed to forge closer ties between the bloc and six of its neighboring countries. The EU insists the point of its Eastern Partnership Summit is to build peace and cooperation but critics say it is designed to try and isolate Moscow. Jerome Hughes reports from the summit.
