Flooding in Washington

Floodwaters hit Skagit County in Washington State Friday, November 24, with the Seattle Times reporting that the Skagit River is flowing at its highest level in more than a decade.

Fox News reported that the Skagit County Emergency Management said more than 250 people have been displaced. The flooding is expected to continue through Saturday morning.
