Bonn hosts heads of state for crucial climate talks

Heads of state on Wednesday arrived in Bonn, Germany, for the high-level phase of the United Nations' two-week climate talks aimed at finding ways to implement the Paris climate agreement to curb the worst effects of the global warming.

Delegates from 200 countries are currently meeting in Bonn to work on ways to step up action before 2020 and work on a detailed rule book for the implementation of the agreement struck in Paris two years ago.
