Major relief operation underway amid rising death toll from Iran’s earthquake

Iran’s president has paid a visit to the earthquake-stricken areas in the west of the country. Hassan Rouhani pledged to spare no effort to help those affected by the natural disaster. The death toll from the 7.3-magnitude quake has climbed to 432. Meanwhile, officials said water and power supplies were restored in most of the areas hit by Sunday’s powerful quake.
