Saad Hariri’s situation in Saudi Arabia

Lebanese President’s harsh words for Saudi Arabia. Michel Aoun has accused Riyadh of “kidnapping” Prime Minister Sa’ad Hariri Arabia who announced his resignation last week during a surprise trip to the Saudi capital. Aoun says anything Hariri has said or may say “does not reflect reality” due to mystery surrounding his situation. All political parties and factions in Lebanon, including his own party, the Future Movement, have asked for Hariri’s return.

In this episode of The Debate, Press TV has talked to its Beirut-based correspondent, Mariam Saleh, and interviewed Wafik Moustafa, the chairman of Conservative Arab Network, from London, and Omar Nashabe, with Al-Akhbar newspaper from Beirut to discuss Lebanese President Michel Aoun’s remarks accusing Saudi Arabia of kidnapping Prime Minister Saad Hariri who announced his resignation last week during a surprise trip to Riyadh.
