Uganda, Tanzania lay foundation for world's longest heated oil pipeline

Uganda and Tanzania have laid the foundation stone for the construction of the East African Crude Oil Pipeline. The 3.5 billion dollar pipeline is expected to start pumping Ugandan oil to international markets in three years’ time. Our Correspondent Daniel Arapmoi has filed this report from the Tanzanian border town of Mutukula.
