US Secretary of Defense James Mattis is in South Korea for an annual security dialogue with his South Korean counterpart. The US military chief has toured the heavily fortified Demilitarized Zone bordering North Korea and once again demanded North Korea submit to Washington’s conditions. This is while South Korean civic leaders are calling for negotiations with Pyongyang. Press TV correspondent Frank Smith reports.
