KRG proposes to freeze result of Sep. 25 secession vote

Iraq's Kurdistan Regional Government is in a desperate situation. Weary of tensions with the Iraqi army and strained under economic pressure, Erbil has now proposed concessions to Baghdad one month after holding a controversial secession vote. Our correspondent Ali Musawi says the KRG is hopeful that the central government will accept the offer but many think otherwise.
