Iraq's volunteer fighters known as the Popular Mobilization Units are an umbrella group which holds within, up to 40 military brigades. The fighters played a game-changing role in the fight against Daesh and the Iraqi government identifies them as part of the military. However, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has caused an outrage by criticizing the volunteer fighters. Altaf Ahmad reports from Baghdad.
