Displaced Northern California residents stunned by wildfire devastation

Northern California residents who had fled the raging wildfires nearly two weeks ago started returning home to see what is still standing.

The residents of hard-hit city of Santa Rosa were being allowed to see what remains of their houses. The fires destroyed 8,400 buildings and killed 42 people in Wine Country and nearby areas north of San Francisco.
