The election results in Germany have sent shock waves across Europe. The emergence of far-right part Alternative for Germany or AFD was the big surprise. The populist, Eurospectic party has vowed to take a tougher stance against immigration. This is the first time a far-right party enters the German parliament after the Second World War.
