South Korea, Japan, China strive for cooperation

Representatives from South Korea, Japan, and China have gathered in Seoul to discuss ways of cooperation on economic and environmental issues. They’re trying to enhance their cooperation, free from politics, at a time when the three countries are mired in long-running territorial and historical disputes, and while the US is turning to anti-trade policies.
