US, Japan and S Korea agree on more pressure against North

High- ranking diplomats from the US, Japan and South Korea have met in Seoul to discuss the North Korean crisis. The officials agreed on more pressure on Pyongyang to force it give up its nuclear and missile programs. Activists, meanwhile, argue that the US-led sanctions and strategies have failed and negotiations are needed to resolve the issue.
