Over 3,200 people, more than a third of them civilians, have been killed during the offensive by US-backed forces in the Syrian city of Raqqah. The so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights say hundreds more are still missing, and may have been buried by air strikes and shelling. SDF forces say they have recaptured Raqqah, Daesh Takfiri terrorist group's de facto capital in Syria.
