Kabul hosts counter-narcotics conference

Delegates from a dozen countries, including Iran, have gathered in Afghanistan for a conference on counter-narcotics. The Iranian representative renewed his country’s readiness for counter-narcotics efforts, including those by neighboring Afghanistan. The conference kicked off on Monday in Kabul.
