Manchester City have stayed at the top of the English Premier League, after a narrow 1-0 victory over the defending champions Chelsea, at Stamford bridge.
Pep Guardiola’s men were without Argentina striker Sergio Aguero due to injury, but they were still the better side in the first half despite a 0-0 draw.
However, after the break Belgium midfielder Kevin De Bruyne netted the ball in the 67th minute against his former club, with a rising left-footed-drive from outside the area.
The victory saw the Sky Blues leap-frog Manchester United to sit at the top of the Premier League standings.
