Real Madrid have defeated Borussia Dortmund 3-1 in the UEFA Champions League’s Group H.
Los Blancos were the better side of the Tuesday match at the Signal Iduna Park. Welsh striker Gareth Bale beautifully lifted the ball over the keeper to open the scoring midway through the first half.
Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo then found the net in the 50th minute to double the visitors’ lead. But, the hosts responded to one of the two goals when Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored in the 54th minute.
However, with 11 minutes left, Ronaldo fired in his second at the near post after being played through by Luka Modric to seal the Galacticos’ victory.
