European commission president’s annual speech criticized

President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker has in the State of the European Union address, touched on many contentious issues including Brexit, the refugee crisis and security. Juncker warned the EU member states that they must obey the rule of law and he extended the same message to countries wishing to join the bloc, most notably Turkey.
