After the shocking Supreme Court ruling ordering a re-run of the disputed presidential elections Kenyan politics is at a crossroads.

The decision by Kenya’s Supreme Court to annul the results of August presidential election has been hailed by some countries but a new vote will open up the country to economic uncertainty and possibility of violence. Both Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta know they have so much to play for – not just the presidency is at stake, but Kenya's political credibility.
