Hezbollah ready to withstand Israeli aggression despite Syria engagement
Israel’s large-scale military drill comes as the Lebanese resistance movement has managed to purge terrorists from the country’s border with Syria. Hezbollah is in the meantime playing a pivotal role in the Syrian government forces’ successful anti-terror operations in the war-torn country. The resistance movement’s involvement in Syria is said to be viewed as a factor that could give Israel’s military the upper hand in a possible war against Lebanon. However, Hezbollah's Leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has strongly denied the notion and says the movement is ready to withstand any Israeli aggression.
