India’s Supreme Court rules out dialogue on restive Kashmir

India’s Supreme Court has ruled out negotiations on restive Kashmir as long as violence rages in the Himalayan region. This after a group of lawyers called on New Delhi to hold talks with pro-independence leaders to end months of deadly unrest in the disputed valley.
