Kashmir observes shutdown against bid to scrap region's special status

A general strike has been held in Indian-controlled Kashmir in protest over attempts to scrap the special status granted to the disputed region in the constitution. People of Kashmir say such decisions are aimed at changing the demography of the Muslim-majority region. Press TV's Syed Ali Safvi has the details in the following report.
