Kashmir economy suffering due to political instability

Indian-controlled Kashmir is witnessing the worst of economic losses after the 2016 uprising against New Delhi’s rule. The region’s once- booming tourism industry has been hit hard as a result of the tensions there. Tourism is the main source of income for Kashmir.
