Pro-Russians proclaim a new state

The head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic has declared the creation of a new state in eastern Ukraine. Alexander Zakharchenko says Malo-rossiya would include not only DPR-controlled areas but also 19 regions including Crimea.
