US President Donald Trump is behind “a scheme” to transfer trillions of tax dollars to businesses, which was expected to be spent on health, says an author and a radio host.

“It was the great wealth transfer scheme to deprivilege people of America taking advantage at the expense of ordinary Americans especially the most vulnerable ones,” Stephen Lendman told Press TV on Tuesday.

America is the only developed country in the world without some form of universal healthcare, he said.
